For Grandparent and Parent stock breeders
- When your flocks have disruptive feathers in rearing or laying period, analyze the amino acid profile, feeder space, mating ratio and diseases.
- When your flocks have egg overweight, check the level of digestible lysine without reducing arginine, valine and sulfur amino acids.
- When fertility is affected, analyze the back feather cover and male body weight.
- When your flocks have poor egg persistence, evaluate the relationship between energy and protein/lysine.
- When your hens have hardnes breast meat and produce egg overweight, those hens will reduce the hatchability genetic potential.
For broiler chickens
- When chicks did not reach 185 grams at seven days, evaluate the amino acid profile, feed texture, chicks per flat feeder, environmental temperature and humidity .
- When chicks have pasty vents the first days of age, avoid overheating the chicks either in the hatchery or brooding period, and add a dietary fat emulsifier.
- When broiler chickens are overheating, evaluate the addition of sodium bicarbonate, vitamin C and E
- When chickens present breast muscle myopathies, modify only digestible lysine in certain periods, add antioxidants especially if dietary fats might indicate oxidation.
- When chickens present skin scratches, evaluate the feather cover, and amino acid profile.
